Accessibility Statement

pursuant to Directive (EU) 2016/2102, Legislative Decree 106/2018 and Law 9 January 2004, n. 4

1. Premise

This statement is drawn up by Motion SpA, in compliance with the transparency and compliance obligations regarding digital accessibility required by Italian and European legislation.
The goal is to ensure that the site's content is accessible to all, without discrimination and in compliance with the principles of equality, inclusion, and digital participation.


2. State of compliance

The website https://www.motionitalia.it results substantially compliant with technical accessibility requirements established by the WCAG 2.2 Guidelines – Level AA, referred to in Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523 and Legislative Decree 106/2018.

The checks carried out highlighted compliance with almost all WCAG 2.2 level AA criteria.
Le minor residual non-conformities, described below, do not compromise the enjoyment of the main contents and are nearing completion.


3. Content not yet accessible

The minimum non-conformities detected concern:

  • some links that open in a new tab they do not yet explicitly communicate the information to screen readers (automatically updated via JS scripts);

  • alcune decorative or graphic icons they don't have the attributes yet role="presentation" o aria-hidden="true";

  • some secondary texts (e.g. cookie banners or menu items) present slightly lower color contrast to the minimum WCAG AA requirements;

  • some third-party forms or plugins they don't include labels yet label o aria-label descriptive.

These items are already planned for full fix in the next technical release.


4. Excluded content and disproportionate burden

There is no content excluded pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 106/2018.
No cases of disproportionate burden.


5. Drafting the declaration

This statement was drawn up on October 7, 2025, through:

  • technical checks conducted with automatic tools (Accessi.org, axe DevTools, Lighthouse, WAVE) and manual checks based on WCAG 2.2 level AA criteria;

  • internal self-assessment;

  • discussion panel with the reference model prepared by AgID (Agency for Digital Italy).

The statement will be updated annually or in the event of significant changes to the structure, content or technologies of the site.


6. Feedback mechanism and contacts

Users can report any accessibility barriers or request content in an alternative format through the following channels:

Reports must contain:

  • description of the problem encountered;

  • URL of the affected page;

  • information about the device and browser used.

The site manager undertakes to provide feedback within 15 working days from receipt of the communication.


7. Appeals procedure

In case of unsatisfactory response or no response, the user can appeal to theAgency for Digital Italy (AgID) Pursuant to Article 3-quinquies of Legislative Decree 106/2018, by completing the form available at the following address: https://www.agid.gov.it/it/


8. Accessibility Manager

The person responsible for the accessibility process for the site motionitalia.it is identified in Motion SpA, as the entity responsible for the management, maintenance and monitoring of digital compliance.


9. Commitment to continuous improvement

Motion Italy undertakes to:

  • maintain an ongoing process of accessibility review and improvement;

  • periodically update and train technical and editorial staff;

  • adopt technologies and procedures compliant with the latest international standards;

  • ensure a digital experience inclusive, usable and accessible to all people.


Motion Italia declares that it has drawn up this declaration in good faith, based on the checks carried out and the technical information available at the time of writing.
The statement will be reviewed by October 2026 or in the event of significant changes, in order to ensure that compliance with accessibility requirements is maintained.
